2002 – Present

Working worldwide as a freelance instructor and consultant for prominent learning companies including ExperTeach, Global Knowledge, FastLane, Pegasus, Firefly, and Crosstalk.
2025 – Present (Artificial Intelligence): Developed a strong focus on AI technologies, achieving official Cisco AI Technical and Business Practitioner certifications, as well as multiple master certifications in Generative AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, etc.).
2020 – Present (Automation & Cloud-Native): Specialized in network automation, container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes), DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, APIs, and Python programming for network engineers.

System Programmer at the Austrian Postal Savings Bank (PSK)

1992 – 1998

Maintained IBM Mainframes (IBM 3090, Amdahl) running MVS.
Managed the mainframe network infrastructure (VTAM, NCP) to connect approximately 1,500 post offices.
Worked extensively with Token Ring, X.25, SNA, PNNI, and VAX/VMS systems.
Discovered TCP/IP and began working with Cisco routers and switches in 1994.

1987 – 1992

Installed and maintained VM/VSE IBM Mainframe 4381 systems.
Programmed Point of Sale (POS) systems in Mainframe Assembler and C.
Completed a seven-week assignment in Istanbul to deploy the mainframe infrastructure for the newly established Metro Turkey in 1990.
